More of a living room than a dining room, our restaurant brilliantly showcases the sophistication of healthy, contemporarily inspired cuisine. Delectable dishes can be enjoyed in an intimate atmosphere.

At the gala dinner, your attention will wander between your plate and the slopes where the night show takes place. Even when the night show isn’t on, you’ll still feel as though you have the best seats in the house.

In the evenings, you’ll be treated to a tasteful 6-course gourmet menu. Every dish is an expression of the highest creativity and culinary arts. Still have a craving for something? Then simply order à la carte whatever your heart desires - you won’t believe your taste buds! External guests are welcome to dine with us subject to availability. Reservations are absolutely necessary!

Christmas and New Year's Eve

Experience the magic of the holidays with Christmas punch, homemade cookies, Christmas tree decorating, an aperitif and canapés, the gala dinner and piano playing. On New Year’s Eve, enjoy champagne and oysters as an aperitif before the exclusive gala dinner begins featuring the fireworks show in Ischgl. Afterwards, enjoy the New Year's Eve party!

Our chef (born in 1990) earned his stripes under the tutelage of star chefs from Germany and Austria. During his career, he made important stops at the Obauer in Werfen, Lafer's Le Val d' Or in Stromberg, the Seehotel Überfahrt on Lake Tegernsee, and the Burg Vital Resort in Oberlech. Since 2015/16, he’s been dishing up high-end cuisine that’s in a league of its own at the Elizabeth.
