Cancelling your Booking

Cancellations can only be accepted in written form.

To cancel your booking, please send us an email including all relevant details such as your name, booking number, arrival date, and the reason for cancellation. Please ensure all information is complete.

Cancellation conditions & AGBH

Sometimes everything turns out differently than expected and the booked holiday has to be cancelled or prematurely interrupted. The right of cancellation according to § 18 para. 1 line 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AAGBH 2006 apply.

  • free of charge up to 90 days before arrival* 
  • 40 % fee - 90 to 30 days before arrival
  • 70 % fee - 30 to 7 days before arrival
  • 90 % fee within the last week
  • 100 % for early departure

*Processing your Cancellation

For every booking, transaction fees are incurred by the payment service providers, which we unfortunately have to pass on to you in the event of a cancellation. This fee amounts to 5% of the amount paid by card and applies even to free cancellations up to 90 days before arrival.

Rebookings

Important Note: Rebookings are strictly treated as cancellations. We therefore strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
